Cradle & the West Walk We combine the best day walks the west coast has to offer on this 6 day circuit trip from Launceston. We take full day guided walks at both the north and south ends of the Cradle Mountain Lake St Clare National Park, and en route to and from Strahn, we take short walks to spectacular Montezuma Falls and to Donaghy's Hill for panoramic vies of the Franklin River Valley and Frenchman's Cap. The walks range from a 3km return lookout walk to a full day walking toward the summit of Cradle Mountain, which is above 1500 metres, carrying only a day pack. Our group size will be 4 to 10, to maximise the opportunities for interpretation and personalised service. We return to the comfort of simple cabins each night. $1390.00 Sundays
